Job description

THE POSITION Step into an exciting role as a Product Analyst 2 with the Bureau of Product Management. In this position, you will be managing products for the Chairman's Selection program and the Pennsylvania Proud Wine and Spirits program. You will be responsible for guiding each product through its full life-cycle and helping shape decisions that impact stores across the state.

This is a great opportunity to use your skills and make a real difference in a fast-moving retail environment. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position supports product planning and decision making by reviewing data, working with vendors, and helping guide program strategies. As a Product Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties: Program Support: Assist with identifying and developing product opportunities for key programs Data Analysis: Review sales, market, and pricing data to guide product decisions Vendor Partnerships: Work with suppliers and partners to support pricing and product planning Category Strategy: Help build product assortments that support financial and business goals Cross Team Work: Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and other teams on shared projects Performance Review: Evaluate product results and use findings to inform future strategies Interested in learning more.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to four days a week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg.

In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Product and Supply Analyst or Product Associate 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years of analytical experience in marketing, finance, or business operations in the consumer packaged goods industry, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
