Earn $11-$13 per hour, plus a $250 sign-on bonus!

What is a Sleep Aide?
Imagine earning extra income while you sleep. The overnight Sleep Aides offer a unique opportunity to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism during the overnight hours. This role is ideal for those seeking overnight hours with minimal interruptions, while still making a meaningful difference. As a Sleep Aide, you'll be available for emergencies and provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism in a safe, supportive residential community home. Your presence offers reassurance, safety, and peace of mind- and your role is to provide care if a situation arises.

Position Highlights
  • Relaxed Shift Environment: Sleep Aides can read, relax, or sleep for most of the shift. You're primarily needed on-site for emergencies or unexpected concerns.

  • Training Provided: All required training is included, so no prior experience is needed.
