Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Supervisory Visits

The Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for conducting supervisory visits for patients receiving personal care services through Unity Healthcare Services. The RN ensures that personal care aides are providing quality care in accordance with the patient's plan of care, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN assesses patient satisfaction, identifies concerns or changes in condition, provides education and guidance to caregivers, and promotes excellent customer service while supporting quality patient outcomes.
