Executive Home Care of Cary is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Nurse to support our growing home care operations and help deliver exceptional care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes.
What You'll Do
Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans
Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and clients
Monitor client health status and coordinate care needs
Provide caregiver training and clinical guidance when needed
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams regarding client needs
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
