While benefits can vary by employer, many part-time positions now offer perks such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans, though often on a prorated basis compared to full-time roles. Eligibility requirements—such as minimum weekly hours—may apply, so it's important to clarify these details during the application process. Part-time employees may also have access to professional development opportunities and employee discounts.
