Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) / Home Care.
Hours per week: 18 hours

  • Client Care: Conduct initial assessment and establish Plan of Care.
  • Communication: Educate families on how to care for their loved ones.
  • Evaluation and Documentation: Conduct reassessment of clients on a regular basis. 
  • Supervise: home care staff and maintain documentation.

  • Current RN license.
  • Professional, reliable, and personable.
