  7. Ensure laboratory results are reviewed, communicated, managed, and documented appropriately.
  8. Retrieve and review outside medical records and relevant clinical information as needed to support patient care.
  9. Interact with patients, coworkers, providers, and client representatives in a positive, professional, and respectful manner that reflects the values of Vigilant Health.
  10. Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and support efforts to improve patient outcomes and operational excellence.
  11. Assist with additional clinic and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong documentation and electronic medical record proficiency.
  • Knowledge of nursing standards, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Service-oriented mindset focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
  • Ability to educate and engage patients in wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management efforts.
