Compensation

Pay Range: $37.45 - $48.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with an additional $2.25 per hour for night shifts.

Your Responsibilities

The primary role of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to apply the nursing process in planning and delivering direct care to assigned residents. The nurse will oversee, direct, and implement shift routines within the designated nursing unit, while also monitoring and evaluating the activities of staff as the designated leader in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities may include assuming "Building Charge" duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

  • Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
  • Maintain proficiency in all required skills relevant to the assigned areas.
  • Conduct charting, documentation, and assessment functions.
  • Participate in personnel functions.
  • Engage in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
