This is a full-time, remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being a part of a dynamic and growing company.

Job Summary: As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues they may have. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and requests through our live chat platform in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and promotions Process customer orders and track shipments Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet and exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales goals Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer and internet use, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Working Conditions: This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
