Role Overview
As an Online Chat Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients reaching out via our website live chat. No commuting, no office — you’ll help people from your home office while we provide all the tools and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remote live chat support: Respond to inbound website chats from your home within 30 seconds
  • Lead qualification: Screen potential clients virtually using our secure chat amp; CRM platform
  • Virtual appointment setting: Schedule consultations directly into attorneys’ calendars via cloud tools
  • Digital data entry: Log all interactions in our web-based legal CRM
  • Remote collaboration: Communicate with attorneys and case managers via Slack/Zoom
  • Compliance: Maintain client confidentiality from your secure home workspace per ABA rules

Requirements
