Job description

JANUS et Cie has an opening for a Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate is responsible, professional and has worked in a sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will also develop and refine pre-sales product solutions, in conjunction with our sales team(s). They will also create sales quotation documentation necessary to enter “clean” orders, based on input from JANUS et Cie sales professionals and our clients.


Hourly Rate: $24-$25 DOE


This position is full time / Hybrid and will be located in Santa Fe Springs, CA


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is an absolute must.
  • Ability to manage high volume of inbound queries via phone, email, tickets, and live chat.
  • Prior experience with at least one of the following:
  • Any live chat software (Zendesk preferred)
  • Any ticketing software (Zendesk preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and strong client service skills
  • Typing/data entry proficiency ( 55 words a minute min.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and/or researching skills; ability to solve practical problems.
  • Strong computer proficiency and navigational skills. Ability to transition smoothly between systems while speaking with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client facing/customer service position
  • A proactive approach when dealing with customer issues
