Performs a variety of tasks in the maintenance, operation, and supervision of recreational facility for the Town of Wake Forest.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Supervision of gym/facility patrons.
  • Locking and unlocking of building doors.
  • Maintaining records and reports
  • General maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
  • Process check-ins efficiently for programs, classes, and events
  • Verify enrollment and maintain accurate program rosters/attendance records
  • Assist with registrations, payments, and general program information
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Distribute information on schedules, activities, and community services
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as updating records and forms
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, equipment and shared spaces in the facility
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants
