Summary

Our client is seeking a dependable, personable, and self-motivated Part-Time Retail & Sales Administrative Associate to support both a boutique retail operation and corporate account development. This unique role combines customer service and retail sales with phone support, data entry, prospect research, and corporate account outreach.

The successful candidate will work on-site at the boutique, providing friendly customer service and selling clothing and accessories while also answering corporate phone calls and supporting the development of potential business accounts. Following successful training, portions of the corporate account responsibilities may be performed remotely.

Confidentiality is an essential part of the role, and the ideal candidate will be professional, trustworthy, comfortable learning new systems, and able to work independently once trained.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to boutique customers.
  • Sell clothing, jewelry, sarongs, and other retail products.
  • Answer incoming corporate phone calls in a clear, professional, and pleasant manner.
  • Learn and utilize the company's database to identify and qualify potential corporate accounts.
  • Research prospective companies and decision-makers using the provided database, email resources, and AI tools.
  • Contact potential corporate accounts in a professional, non-salesy manner.
  • Once interest is confirmed and the appropriate decision-maker has been reached, schedule a follow-up call with the COO.
  • Offer available follow-up appointment times after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate corporate account information.
  • Support the processing and development of corporate accounts, with potential for additional hours as responsibilities grow.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with applicable FCC requirements.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, sales, and corporate outreach efforts.
  • Support communications related to telegram delivery through the company's local, nationwide, and worldwide network and FedEx.
