Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team based in Burlington, VT., for a 60-unit senior community. The position is part-time and the work hours are 8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:

  • Recertifications.
  • A/P and A/R.
  • Processing work orders.
  • Other property management duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Experience in property management is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle including:

  • Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC program is required.
  • Proficiency with basic accounting principles.
  • COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
