Nutraceutical company in Orange County, CA is seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate and deliver technology projects across the organization. This role will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a contract-to-hire position.
Part time: 25-30 hours/week but may increase to 40hrs once projects start to ramp up.
Pay rate range: $55-57/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Track project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Support requirements gathering, testing, UAT, implementation, and training.
  • Maintain project documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
