What You Will Do:

  • Lead complex clinical programs in complex regulatory, clinical, and technical environments, driving alignment to business objectives.
  • Partner across Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Global Supply, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure clinical strategies support enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.
  • Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones while managing teams through execution and delivery.
  • Develop and execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders
  • Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
  • Develop, manage, and forecast program budgets, driving cost efficiencies and financial accountability.
  • Contribute to the growth and maturation of the PMO by standardizing project and program management best practices.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven project management experience, clinical study project management experience is beneficial
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams, collaborating and communicating effectively with global, cross-cultural stakeholders and team members
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
