Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $72,500.00 - $96,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to support Corporate Design & Construction efforts in achieving the Bank's primary business goals related to the built environment including effective project & space management, as well as furniture systems & miscellaneous work orders within the assigned region.

Essential Functions

  • Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings, specifications, & recommending construction methods, as required

  • Manage construction projects including administration, approvals, schedules and budgets based on project scope

  • Manage the following furniture system components: installations, replacements, reorganizations, inventory management, etc. as needed

  • Develop, manage and leverage vendor relationships to lower cost outlays

  • Ensure all onsite contractors and vendors comply with procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.

  • Perform periodic space audits and surveys as necessary

  • Oversee personnel relocation management and coordination with supporting departments

  • Maintain project schedules to support pre-project planning, project coordination, in service activities, post action meetings, and overall project tracking

  • Maintain project design standards include updating and maintaining current standards and updating design and construction team of any changes

  • Ability to leverage your expertise in managing organizational aspects of complex projects while contributing to the success of design and construction goals

  • Ensure departments projects remain on track, agile, and collaborative

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Intermediate knowledge of construction process including all aspects of construction project management and design from conception to completion

  • Intermediate knowledge of commercial office furniture brands, components, quality and ergonomics

  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Foxit (Adobe Acrobat) and PowerPoint

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Architecture, Interior Architecture and/or Construction management related studies, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • 3+ years' experience in interior construction; interior renovations/remodel management; or furniture systems installation management project management required

  • Corporate project management experience preferred

  • Basic understanding of CAD/Revit preferred
