About the Opportunity:

Saratech is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This is a full-time position. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

Salary Range:

  • $ 90,000 - $135,000

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active P.M.P. Certification
  • Experience using SFDC a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting the sales team in generating proposals for service work
  • Manages project schedule, cost, and risk (Earned Value Management)
  • Conducts regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Leads status meetings with customers
  • Reports monthly on internal project reviews
  • Maintains project data on internal systems
  • Generates and manages project charge numbers
  • Responsible for timely invoicing of customers
  • Works with Technical Managers to ensure adherence to requirements
  • Responsible for contributing to growth within existing customer accounts
  • Exemplifies usage of and contributes to Departmental best practices for managing projects
  • Responsible for mentoring project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Asst Project Managers
  • Assists the Director of the PMO with updating and maintaining departmental procedures and standards
  • Assists Director of PMO with project assessments beyond those he/she is directly involved in
  • Develops tools, checklists, and guides based on departmental procedures and standards
  • Trains Sales and other departments in relevant PMO practices and tools
  • Contributes to special projects as delegated by the Director of the PMO
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
