RESPEC seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Loveland, CO location.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading sustainable water and wastewater projects? We are excited to welcome a dynamic Water/Wastewater Project Manager to our team, where you'll spearhead innovative initiatives that make a positive impact on communities and the environment.

Opportunity to Lead and Shape: Join us as a Water/Wastewater Project Manager and take the reins in developing our Water/Wastewater group in the Loveland, CO area to new heights. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our footprint, delivering high-impact solutions, and shaping the future of our water and wastewater projects.

  • Lead, manage, and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and technical specifications
  • Conduct in-depth engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and intricate design work for water and wastewater systems
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other project deliverables to ensure the highest quality
  • Navigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for projects
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data and provide technical guidance during construction phases
  • Manage construction activities, meticulously track project documentation, and adeptly address any design modifications or issues that arise
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • Must be a Professional Licensed Engineering (PE) in CO or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 10+ years of proven experience in successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projects
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software for hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project management.

Preferred:

  • Strong comprehension of water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical information
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, multitask effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Additional Information

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.

Part-time and full-time positions are available.
