Job description

We are seeking a driven, organized, and results-oriented CRM Manager to lead our dealership's digital sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internet lead performance, supervising internet coordinators and front desk staff, optimizing lead conversion processes, and ensuring exceptional customer response times. This role plays a critical part in driving dealership growth through effective lead management, team development, and operational excellence.

Pay is $60,000 -$70,000 annually depending on Experience

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
  • Maintain a minimum 15% closing ratio on all internet leads.
  • Ensure 100% response to inbound email and phone leads within 30 minutes during business hours.
  • Monitor and enforce dealership lead management processes to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
  • Review and elevate qualified leads requiring management follow-up.
  • Assist internet coordinators in securing appointments and improving sales performance.
  • Provide lead and follow-up coverage as needed based on staffing levels, lead volume, or showroom traffic.
  • Participate directly in sales transactions and customer interactions when necessary.
  • Manage Front Desk staff, scheduling, and daily operations.
  • Coach, train, and develop internet coordinators to improve lead handling and closing performance.
  • Review phone training calls regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, including overtime management and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales and internet sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
