Project Manager
Our Project Management group aims to be #1 in our local market in aptitude and efficiency; drive growth and market-leading customer service with a best-in-class group of industry professionals; and provide leadership, organization, and direction to build a group capable of meeting customer requirements.
What you'll do:
  • Work with vendors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines and logistics proceed according to plan
  • Proactively pursue problem resolution with Project Managers and installers.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate and all goals are met.
  • Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards.
  • Order product specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure monthly installation targets are met.
  • Deliver exceptional proactive customer service/customer care.
  • Order warranties and all replacements
  • Frequently manage Cost of Goods Sold for each job.
  • Manage project through customer service database through 'Job Management'.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for project orders/installation.
  • Attend weekly project progress meetings and communicate with management team on the status of each project.
  • Act as a partner with the project manager as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Provide an end of day report to your supervisor.

What you'll bring:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, diplomatic, and reliable.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Electrical distribution experience preferred.
  • Demonstration of increased responsibilities throughout career.

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 (annually)
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
