About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex project teams from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering value on time and within budget. This role requires strategic planning, resource coordination, and risk management to drive project success across multiple teams and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues proactively. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies. Ultimately, this position is critical in delivering high-quality outcomes that support business growth and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience managing teams and complex projects in a professional environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
