As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, structure, and organization of PMO data and artifacts. You'll work within established SharePoint and workflow systems created by the PMO's technical developer and ensure that files, data, and documents are consistently captured, updated, and ready for use. Your attention to detail will help ensure high-quality reporting, workflow continuity, audit readiness, and smooth program operations.

  • Apply working process knowledge to resolve routine issues, escalate discrepancies, and ensure consistent data integrity.
  • Work independently with some guidance and may support senior PMO stakeholders on administrative or coordination tasks.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • Experience with data entry, file management, or documentation control tasks

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SharePoint lists, libraries, metadata, or tagging
  • Experience handling structured file organization, naming conventions, or versioning
  • Experience with Power Platform interfaces, including forms, lists, and automated tasks
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams or business analysts
