Job description

Part-Time PI2 / PI3 Scheduler
SITEC Consulting is seeking a Part-Time PI2 or PI3 Scheduler to support a short-term program need focused on office move planning and schedule coordination. This opportunity is expected to run for approximately 3-4 months, through the end of the fiscal year, with an anticipated end date around September/October.
This role is ideal for a program integrator or scheduler who is highly organized, comfortable working with senior customer stakeholders, and experienced developing dependency-driven schedules in Microsoft Project. The selected candidate will help document office moves, identify schedule dependencies, track risks, and coordinate updates across meetings, briefings, slides, and written communications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a dependency-driven schedule documenting office move activities.
  • Use Microsoft Project to build, update, and track schedule status.
  • Identify key milestones, dependencies, risks, delays, and decision points.
  • Gather and interpret status updates from meetings, briefings, slides, written communications, and customer discussions.
  • Coordinate with Agency senior leaders, mission customers, and program stakeholders.
  • Support schedule reviews and help ensure office move activities remain visible, organized, and accurately tracked.
  • Communicate schedule impacts, risks, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Provide part-time programmatic and scheduling support through the end of the fiscal year.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Program Integrator, Scheduler, Program Analyst, or similar program support role.
  • Experience developing and managing schedules in Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to create dependency-driven schedules with clear task sequencing, milestones, and risk visibility.
  • Experience supporting office moves, facilities transitions, relocation planning, or similar coordination-heavy efforts.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior customer stakeholders and mission customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to decipher statuses, dependencies, and risks from multiple information sources.
  • Availability to work part-time through approximately September/October.
  • Ability to start in the near future.

  • Prior Agency experience.
  • Experience supporting office moves in a secure government or mission environment.
  • Familiarity with customer programmatic processes, stakeholder coordination, and senior-level reporting.
