Summary:
The Program Manager reports to the Executive Director of Operations of The Johns Hopkins Hospital. This role will act as a liaison between the Women's Board of The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Hospital Operations. This position will be responsible for collaborating with the Women's Board on its philanthropy endeavors (grants, fundraising). They will also support the Women's Board retail shops through financial reporting and business development.
Shift: Part-time position, 30 hours per week (3 days a week).
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management, or a related degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:
Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification is strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
5-7 years of experience managing programs and projects that must include:
    • Minimum three (3) years providing project or team leadership
    • Minimum three (3) years' experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies
    • Minimum three (3) years' experience managing project budgets

Salary Range: Minimum 37.60/hour - Maximum 62.08/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
