American Medical and Trade Institute partners with high schools across New Jersey to deliver nationally recognized certification programs in Allied Health, Public Safety, Criminal Justice, and high-demand career pathways. We are seeking a part-time Program Operations Coordinator who can support our instructors, communicate with school administrators, and ensure smooth operations across multiple program sites.
This role is especially well-suited for candidates with experience working in a principals office, school main office, guidance department, or district administrative environment.

Key Responsibilities

School Program Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AMTI instructors across multiple high school locations
  • Ensure daily attendance, weekly reports, clinical logs, and waivers are submitted accurately and on time
  • Communicate professionally with principals, administrators, and school staff
  • Conduct virtual or on-site check-ins to confirm classes are running to AMTI standards
Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain all program records, rosters, and compliance-related documentation
  • Support the onboarding of new instructors and assist with scheduling, materials, and classroom needs
  • Prepare weekly program summaries and help manage the operational flow of programs
  • Provide direct administrative support to AMTI leadership, including follow-ups and issue tracking
Accountability & Leadership

  • Hold instructors accountable for deadlines and program expectations
  • Identify issues early and escalate to leadership as needed
  • Represent AMTI professionally in all communications
Ideal Background
