Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced UX/CX Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.
Summary:
The UX/CX Program Manager drives the operational backbone of the customer experience and design organization, turning ambitious product goals into well-sequenced, cross-functionally coordinated programs of work. This role sits at the intersection of project management and user experience: you bring structure, rigor, and repeatable process to how CX and design teams plan, prioritize, and deliver, while never losing sight of the end goal: better experiences for customers.
You will partner closely with Customer Research teams, UX/CX designers, Strategists, Product Teams, and IT teams, and the content team to plan projects, define milestones, identify and mitigate risk, and keep complex, fast-moving initiatives on track.
Success in this role looks like: stakeholders trust the process, deadlines are met without sacrificing design quality, and the organization gets measurably better at collaborating across disciplines over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role best suited to someone who is equal parts organized operator and empathetic communicator; someone who can bring order to ambiguity without becoming a bottleneck, and who genuinely enjoys making other people's work better.
Responsibilities:
* Develop scalable, and repeatable processes that drive seamless cross-functional collaboration and handoffs between team
* Plan and manage fast-moving, multi-stakeholder programs; Build project plans, define milestones, track dependencies, and proactively surface and resolve risks
* Facilitate program rituals (planning sessions, status reviews, retrospectives) that keep teams informed and aligned without adding unnecessary overhead
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience
* Experience working directly with and understanding the needs of UX/CX disciplines (e.g., UX/CX design, UX research, strategy)
* Experience managing risks (e.g., operational, product, team health).
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
