Program Management Specialist
The Opportunity:
As a Program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced Program and strategy management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Navy Satellite communications. You'll work with key stakeholders to review schedules, programmatic documents, and technical reports. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Office suit and regular interactions with engineers, functional leads, and financial analysts.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Department of War programs or technology efforts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support
  • Ability to self-start, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to oversee short and long-term projects, actions and recurring deliverables
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of programs for Navy Acquisition
  • Experience with Navy programs and policies
  • Possession of strong Program and Project management skills
  • Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
