About the Inside Sales Representative position

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls daily of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. B2C and phone sales experience are highly recommended.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities are:
  • Finding new sales opportunities through telephonic sales techniques.
  • Maintaining KPI minimums and sales goals.
  • Understanding potential client's needs and requirements.
  • Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • The ability to overcome the "gatekeeper" and close the decision-maker.
Inside Sales Representative requirements are:
  • Experience as a Sales Representative in the B2C space.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office programs and dialing software.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Great team player.
