The Part Time Receptionist is responsible for handling the flow of people through business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting
  • Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
  • Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available 
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc) 
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required
  • Follows company safety procedures and policies

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups
  • Previous Front Desk experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate sufficient computer literacy
  • Possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5pm to closing

Tuesday from 1pm to closing

Friday off

Saturday from 12 to closing

Salary starting at $16 per hour
