Monday through Friday | 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Rotational Saturdays | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do
As one of the first voices customers hear when contacting our dealership group, you'll play an important role in delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Professionally answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service on every call and online inquiry
  • Complete, respond to, and assign internet leads across the dealership group
  • Perform outbound service follow-up calls
  • Help maintain accurate and organized customer databases
  • Work across multiple systems and screens efficiently while maintaining accuracy
  • Assist with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed
