Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Architect (Advisory - RFP Support)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Architect to support an RFP effort for a large university system. This role is ideal for a seasoned Workday professional who can provide strategic guidance on designing a job architecture and compensation framework that aligns with Workday configuration requirements.
The engagement will begin as a light advisory role during the RFP phase, requiring only a few hours per week. The primary focus will be on ensuring that proposed designs can transition into Workday with minimal rework. If the RFP is awarded, there will be an opportunity to expand into a larger role supporting full design and implementation efforts.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide advisory support on job architecture and compensation structure design
