Job description

Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant

Industry: Financial Services

Visa: USC/GC

Location: Hybrid - New York City, NY

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $70/HR. C2C (Little Flex)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
  • Gather business and operational requirements and translate them into functional specifications and future-state solutions
  • Validate Oracle HCM configurations against business needs and target operating model requirements
  • Support data migration and cleansing efforts by mapping legacy data into Oracle and helping maintain data integrity
  • Develop reports, provide user support and training, and create documentation to support effective system adoption

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant or in a similar functional implementation role
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR processes, HR systems, and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
  • Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, workflow, and security/access management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Professional Oracle HCM certification
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Journeys workflows and out-of-the-box configuration
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM data migration and cleansing activities
  • Exposure to Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, BI Publisher, or Fusion Data Intelligence
  • Big Four consulting experience
