Experience Required: 6-8

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Oracle E Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) – Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service.

Strong understanding of HR setups: Jobs, Positions, Grade/Grade Rates, Salary Basis, People Management, Element Eligibility.

Hands on experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies.

Expertise with AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional understanding).

Strong exposure to AOL objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options).

Familiarity with AOL setups – Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, Request Groups.

Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications.

Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs.

Experience in test cycles – Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs.

Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls.

Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs.
