Operations Support Manager

Advanced Mobile IV

Saint George, UT

Part-time

Posted 27 days ago

Job description

You keep the office running. Come help us keep our franchise network running. You manage
the schedules, handle the details, and put out the fires before anyone else even smells
smoke. You are deeply organized and reliable, but in your current role, you might feel a
little invisible.

We are AMIV Mobile IV, a rapidly growing wellness franchise with over 28 locations, and we need a part-time Operations Support Manager. We have a clear plan to support our franchise owners, and we need someone with your incredible organizational skills to help us keep everything running smoothly.

What You Will Be Doing
Your job is to be the organized, reliable center of our franchise network. We will give you the playbook, teach you the tools, and guide you every step of the way. You just need to bring your attention to detail and your ability to keep the trains running on time. You will be responsible for:
• Keeping Things Moving: Being the friendly first point of contact for our franchise owners when they need help or have questions.
• Sending Updates: Making sure our weekly newsletters and important updates get sent out to the owners on time, every time.
• Hosting Calls: Helping us schedule and cohost our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get advice.
• Welcoming New Owners: Guiding brand new franchise owners through their first days using our step by step checklist.
• Talking to Future Owners: Helping us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answering their basic questions.

What You Need to Succeed
• Incredible Organization: You love a good checklist, a clean inbox, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Problem Solving Skills: When someone has a question, you do not just say you do not know. You go find the answer.
• Comfort with Technology: You do not need to be a tech genius, but you are comfortable learning new software, and we will even teach you some cool new AI tools to make your job easier.
Your First 90 Days

• Month 1: We will teach you everything about AMIV Mobile IV. You will shadow our team, learn how to answer common questions, and get comfortable with our systems.
• Month 2: You will take over sending the weekly update emails and help us organize our FAQ library.
• Month 3: You will be confidently cohosting our group Zoom calls and helping us welcome new franchise owners to the family.

We provide full training and a role where your organizational skills are truly valued and appreciated. Our hiring process includes an initial application review, a brief assessment, and a video interview to ensure a great fit.
