Schedule: Part-time, 5 days a week

Position Overview:

Exeeda Wellness is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare or geriatric setting, with excellent proficiency in typing, technology use, and communication. This role is critical to patient intake, scheduling, insurance processing, and overall clinic workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk operations in an outpatient medical clinic
  • Patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
  • Insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefit confirmation
  • Support medical billing processes
  • Collect co-pays and process front-desk payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems
  • Answer multi-line phones and manage patient communication in Korean and English
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
