Job description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Newport / Middletown area of Rhode Island.

Position Details

  • Title: Part-Time Medical Receptionist
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (negotiable) 
  • Pay: Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience
  • Location: Newport / Middletown, RI area

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Handle administrative and front desk duties
  • Support smooth daily office operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Must be friendly, dependable, and an effective multitasker
  • Experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy medical office environment
  • Must be a non-smoker
  • Sense of humor preferred, not required

Team Structure
