WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A WEEKEND MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Weekend Manufacturing Technician!

  • 18+ years old
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to use tape measures and digital calipers
  • Ability to operate or learn equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts
  • Willing to learn and follow standard practices
  • Ability to read technical instructions
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to type 25+ wpm

A current forklift driver certification is a plus. We will provide training if needed.

DAY-TO-DAY

This part-time alternating schedule includes Fri–Sun 5 AM–5 PM one week, followed by Thu and Sun 5 AM–5 PM the next, with overtime as needed.


In this position, you'll prepare materials, operate production equipment, and bend tubes in accordance with customer and company specifications. Your day will involve conducting inspections, documenting results, identifying product issues, maintaining an organized workspace, and supporting your team in meeting production deadlines. You'll work with saws, CNC benders, brazing equipment, and other tools, while following ISO documentation and cross‑training across production areas to support overall workflow.
