Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain six locally owned Arby’s restaurants in the Fredericksburg area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping facilities looking their best, and has experience with general maintenance and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and upkeep at all six restaurant locations.

Power wash sidewalks, drive-thrus, and building exteriors.

Clean and maintain ice machines.

Clean refrigeration coils as scheduled.

Inspect and perform basic maintenance on kitchen equipment.

Complete minor repairs and report larger maintenance issues.

Help maintain the overall appearance of each restaurant.

Assist with preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.

Safely lift and move equipment or supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance or facilities maintenance experience required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Comfortable driving a company work van between restaurant locations.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
