The Opportunity

As a Salon Assistant, you will have the chance to assist our talented hairstylists while continuing your beauty education. This role provides you with invaluable hands-on experience in a salon environment, helping you build your skills and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Stylists: Support experienced hairstylists with preparing clients, washing hair, and assisting during services.
  • Client Support: Help create a positive client experience by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and offering excellent customer service.
  • Learning & Development: Continue your beauty education through mentorship and hands-on training while receiving free education from industry experts.
  • Salon Maintenance: Help with general salon upkeep, including organizing product displays, sanitizing tools, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about the products used in our salon, and help stylists recommend the best products for clients' hair care needs.
