Job description

The Part-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • SALES SUPPORT
    Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
    Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
    Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
    Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
    Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
    Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
    Other duties as assigned.
  • COMMUNICATION
    May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
    Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • A Valid US Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience merchandising is a plus
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
  • English; additional languages an advantage
  • Travel 0-10%
  • Permanent
