Job Title: General LaborerJob DescriptionThis role performs a wide range of general labor tasks to support construction and outdoor work activities. You load and unload materials, work outside for extended periods, use hand and power tools, and help maintain a clean and safe job site.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks to support daily construction and outdoor work operations.
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
- Work outside for 10 or more hours per day as required by project needs.
- Pick up trash and debris regularly to keep the work area clean and organized.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with company safety policies.
- Learn new tasks and procedures as needed to support changing project requirements.
- Collaborate and communicate with diverse teams to complete work assignments.
- Adhere to instructions from supervisors and team leads to meet project timelines.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and potential hazards while working outdoors.
Essential Skills- Ability to follow safety guidelines in accordance with established safety policies.
- Ability to work various hours and schedules, including extended outdoor shifts of 10+ hours per day.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing work demands.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in construction or general labor work environments.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and similar equipment.
- Familiarity with power tools commonly used in construction or outdoor work.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members.
- Positive attitude toward safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Work Environment
This position is fully outdoors, with work performed all day in heat and other weather conditions. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
