Hennesy Research Associates - a Kemin company is hiring for a Part-Time Central Service Technician.

Step into the heart of precision and safety as a Central Service Technician - where every detail matters and every task supports critical scientific and regulatory standards.

In this role, you'll be responsible for meticulously washing and preparing laboratory instruments, operating high-pressure autoclaves to ensure sterilization integrity, and maintaining thorough documentation of each sterilization cycle. Your records may even be reviewed during USDA audits, making your work essential to compliance and quality assurance. This position is based on-site at our Lenexa, Kansas location.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in lab maintenance, e.g. glassware cleaning, keeping the lab orderly.
  • Confirming pipette calibrations.
  • Equipment cleaning.
  • Other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: 
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must interact well with others in a team environment.
  • Exhibit attention to detail.
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Good oral communication skills with a minimal English proficiency level.
