Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Manage and grow assigned regional Culinary and Pet Food accounts

  • Sell IFF's Ingredients portfolio including hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and stabilizers

  • Deliver against sales revenue and gross profit targets

  • Build and manage a strong opportunity and project pipeline

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies

  • Own the end-to-end selling process from opportunity through launch

  • Serve as a trusted partner, delivering a high level of customer service

  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Applications, Operations, Finance, and Product teams

  • Provide forecast guidance and maintain opportunity updates in Salesforce

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Several years of sales and/or account management experience

  • Background in ingredients, ideally within Pet Food or Culinary markets

  • Strong knowledge of hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and/or stabilizers

  • Proven success in account development and strategy execution

  • Strong business and commercial acumen

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or equivalent experience

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
