Job Summary

Picks up and delivers various documents, packages, lab specimens equipment, materials and supplies within the organization and institutional clients. Ensures timely, safe and accurate delivery. This job requires flexibility, reliability and organization.

Essential Functions
  • Picks up various documents, packages, lab specimen, equipment, materials and supplies from appropriate locations in a timely manner.
  • Delivers various documents, packages, lab specimen, equipment, materials and supplies to various hospital sites, outlying physician offices, and institutions in a timely manner.
  • Keeps vehicle clean and advises supervisor of need for repair.
  • Interacts with clients in a professional manner.
  • Relays client service problems to the attention of supervisor.
  • May be responsible for maintaining and completing daily log.
  • Ensures vehicle is ready for the following route by filling up the gas tank.
  • Utilizes technology to best provide services to customers.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • LIC-Chauffeur License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Not required for Spectrum Health Lakeland Upon Hire
