Description:Position Summary

The Ambassador greets and receives patient and visitors to the facility. Responsible for maintaining a smooth check-in process for both patients and visitors, providing way-finding assistance to anyone entering the facility. This full-time position reports to the Revenue Cycle Director.


Key Accountabilities
  • Greets all patients, visitors, and vendors to the facility to create a friendly, helpful point of contact at the front doors.
  • Monitors wait times prior to medical appointments to ensure schedules are being kept and met.
  • Issue visitor badges to vendors with appropriate identification up entry to facility.
  • Provide way-finding assistance as needed by patients, visitors, and/or vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Part-Time position – 15 to 20 hours per week.
