Job Announcement
The City of Chandler Communications and Public Affairs Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a City Hall Receptionist (Part-Time, Temporary, Non-Benefited). This position serves at the discretion of the department director. The position is scheduled to work up to 15 hours on weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The scheduled days and hours will vary based on coverage needs and availability.
Current City of Chandler employees may only hold one position and are not eligible for additional part-time or secondary positions within the City of Chandler.

Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone to provide receptionist service for City Hall to include routing calls and residents to appropriate services, providing information to the public, tracking inquiries and processing work orders.

Minimum qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED; and
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support; or
  • any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
