Cobb County Toyota is hiring for a Part-Time Receptionist. Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities – Receptionist:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate multi-line switchboard
  • Accurately record and distribute messages
  • Prepare documents for filing and scanning
  • Scan and catalog digitized documents
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements - Receptionist:

  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while still maintaining accuracy
  • Must be diligent and punctual
