What is a part time help desk job?

Individuals in these roles help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, software, networks, or other technology, either over the phone, via email, or in person. Part time help desk positions are ideal for students, those seeking flexible work, or individuals balancing other commitments. They require good communication skills, basic technical proficiency, and a customer-oriented attitude.
