Communication with supervisors and other team members ensures that responsibilities are clear and work is coordinated efficiently. Staying organized and flexible helps groundskeepers meet expectations while maintaining the quality of the grounds.

What are part time groundskeepers?

Part time groundskeepers are individuals responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of outdoor spaces, such as lawns, gardens, parks, or sports fields, but work fewer hours than a full-time position. Their duties may include mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, picking up litter, and performing minor repairs. Part time groundskeepers typically work flexible hours, which can include mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on the needs of the property. This role is ideal for those seeking hands-on work in an outdoor environment and may be seasonal or year-round.
