Working collaboratively with YMCA leadership and program staff, this role helps secure resources that advance strategic priorities and community impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify grant opportunities that align with YMCA programs, strategic goals, and community needs.
• Prepare persuasive grant proposals, letters of inquiry, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Manage grant submission timelines and ensure compliance with all application requirements.
• Collaborate with program leaders to gather data, outcomes, success stories, and budget information.
• Track grant awards, reporting deadlines, and stewardship requirements.
• Assist with grant reporting and funder communications.
• Support the development of funding strategies that strengthen organizational sustainability.
Requirements
